INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pre-cooked octopus (0.75 kg)
  • 3 medium-sized potatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Paprika to taste

METHOD

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Cook until soft but still holding their shape, about 20 minutes.

    Open the octopus packaging. If the octopus is at room temperature, you can slice it directly into pieces about 1 cm thick. If the octopus is cold, you can first warm it slightly by steaming or grilling it for a short time.

    Drain the potatoes and place them on a serving plate.

    Place the octopus slices on top of the potatoes.

    Drizzle everything with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and paprika to taste.
