INGREDIENTS
- 500 g plain flour
- 160 ml water
- 11 g yeast (quarter)
- Ham
- Cheese
- Corn
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 5 tablespoons tomato passata
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the flour with water, add salt and yeast.
- 2Knead into a dough.
- 3Roll out a flat dough approximately 3 mm thick. Use a rolling pin or your hands.
- 4Season the tomato pesto with salt and crushed basil.
- 5Mix and spread the sauce over the dough.
- 6Add your favorite ingredients to the pizza.
- 7Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
