  • 500 g plain flour
  • 160 ml water
  • 11 g yeast (quarter)
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Corn
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 5 tablespoons tomato passata

    Mix flour with water, salt, and add yeast.

    Knead into a dough.

    Roll out a flatbread about 3 mm thick. Roll it out using a rolling pin or by hand.

    Season the tomato pesto with salt and crushed basil.

    Mix and spread the sauce over the dough.

    Put your favorite ingredients on the pizza.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
