INGREDIENTS FOR THE ROLL
- 1 kg ground pork
- 2 bread rolls
- 200 ml milk
- 2 small onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- Salt
- Black ground pepper
- 4 tablespoons semi-fat mustard (for spreading)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
- 3 eggs (boiled)
- 100 g pork ham
- 100 g smoked cheese
- 5 medium pickles
- 2 tablespoons mustard

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Boil 3 eggs. You will need them for the filling.
- 2Cut the bread rolls into small cubes, add milk, mix, and let them soften.
- 3After two minutes, add chopped onion, chopped chives, garlic, eggs, meat, and finally salt and pepper.
- 4Mix the mixture thoroughly and let it rest in the fridge for a while.
- 5Grate the peeled eggs finely, add chopped ham, smoked cheese, and finely chopped pickles.
- 6Spread the roll mixture on baking paper approximately 30x30 cm in size.
- 7Spread mustard over the entire roll.
- 8Place the filling on the roll.
- 9Roll it up and shape it into a loaf.
- 10Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
