INGREDIENTS

- 4 slices vegan cheddar
- 4 buns
- Large handful of mixed salad
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ white onion
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (cane sugar)
- 5 sprigs dill
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the dressing: put both mustards, vinegar, syrup, and plucked dill into a blender and blend briefly. Slowly add olive oil and continue blending until everything is combined. Season the finished dressing with salt and pepper to taste and store in the refrigerator.
- 2Grill the thawed ManaBurger on a hot pan, grill, or in a preheated oven for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. We recommend preparing it without oil, or you can use regular cooking oil. This will make the burger's surface golden and crispy, while the inside remains beautifully pink and juicy. Place a slice of cheese on the cooked burger and let it melt under a lid for a few minutes.
- 3Cut the buns in half and toast them dry. Spread ketchup on the bottom half. Add lettuce leaves, then thin tomato slices, and on top, the ManaBurger™ with a slice of cheese. On top, add a few slices of cucumber, finely chopped onion, and a tablespoon of dill-mustard dressing. Cover with the top half of the bun and you're done. Enjoy!
