INGREDIENTS
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 60 ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground fresh oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Add chopped bell pepper, onion, tomato, and garlic to a large bowl.
- 2Whisk together oil and vinegar in a separate bowl. Pour into the first bowl and mix.
- 3Add oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
