Ingredients
- 4 thinly sliced steaks 150 g
- 3 large onions (thinly sliced)
- 800 g potatoes type A, B or C
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 pcs eggs size M
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 180 °C and preheat the oven to 90 °C. Peel and cut potatoes into fries and wait for the oil to heat up.
- 2Fry the fries in the hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Then drain them on a baking sheet lined with paper towels, season with salt, and place in the oven to keep warm.
- 3Carefully pour excess vegetable oil into a separate container, leaving about 3 tablespoons in the pan, or use a new pan.
- 4Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until soft and golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove the onion and place it in a shallow pan or casserole dish and put it in the oven.
- 5Finely chop the garlic. Season one side of the steaks with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with half of the chopped garlic. Pound the steaks with a meat mallet, then flip them and repeat on the other side with the remaining garlic.
- 6Sear the steaks over high heat, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked to your desired doneness. Place the steaks on top of the onion and return to the oven.
- 7Add a little oil to the pan and fry the eggs sunny-side up. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- 8While the eggs are cooking, remove the potatoes, steak, and onion from the oven.
