- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
INGREDIENTS FOR SERVING
- 1 package microgreens
- 1 package Coleslaw salad
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the onion and chop it finely. Peel and press the garlic. Place the minced meat, onion, garlic, and remaining spices into a bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand or in a food processor to combine the flavors. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to rest.
- 2Then, form rolls weighing approximately 70-80 g from the meat mixture. This will make 9 rolls.
- 3Heat a non-stick pan and fry the rolls over medium heat on all sides. The rolls will be cooked through in approximately 8 minutes, but this depends on their thickness.
- 4Čevabčiči can be served traditionally with boiled potatoes, onion, and mustard, or with roasted potatoes in their skins, microgreens, and Coleslaw salad.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROASTED POTATOES
- 1Wash the potatoes in their skins, drizzle with oil, season with salt, and bake in a covered dish at 200 °C for 45 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes. Check for doneness by piercing one of the potatoes. Once a knife or fork can be easily inserted, the potatoes are cooked.
