INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 200 g raw potatoes
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ground sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare a baking dish measuring 30 cm × 25 cm.

    While the oven is heating, prepare the ingredients: Divide the cauliflower into smaller florets, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, grate the mozzarella coarsely.

    Then take a mixing bowl and add ½ of the cauliflower florets, ½ of the chopped potatoes, the entire grated mozzarella, cream cheese, ground sweet paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend all the ingredients in the mixing bowl almost smooth with a hand blender.

    Transfer the blended mixture to the prepared baking dish, add the unblended potato pieces and cauliflower florets. Mix everything together. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35–40 minutes at 195–200 °C.

    After the specified time, remove the baking dish from the oven, divide the baked cauliflower into 4 servings, and serve.
