INGREDIENTS
- 2x puff pastry
- 13 medium apples
- 160 g granulated sugar
- 1 packet of cinnamon sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Raisins to taste
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel and grate the apples.
- 2Add both sugars, raisins, and cinnamon to the apples and mix.
- 3Lay out the pastry and evenly spread the mixture on it.
- 4Wrap the strudel and place it on a baking sheet.
- 5Crack and beat the egg.
- 6Thoroughly brush the strudels.
- 7Bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
- 8After baking, let it cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
