- 200 g seasoned parsley
- 100 ml coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the potatoes and parsley into equally sized cubes, place them in a pot, cover with boiling water, add salt, and cook under a lid until soft.
- 2Once the vegetables are soft, drain the water, leaving a small amount with the vegetables.
- 3Then add coconut milk and blend until smooth.
