Preparation method

Prepare a 250 ml canning jar and pour whipping cream and vinegar into it. Then close the jar and shake it in your hands for approximately 30–60 seconds until the mixture slightly thickens.

Let the mixture in the jar rest for 5–6 hours on the countertop or overnight in the refrigerator.

Store the finished sour cream in the refrigerator, where it will last for 4–5 days.
