Preparation method

Prepare a 250 ml canning jar and pour whipping cream and vinegar into it. Then close the jar and shake it in your hands for approximately 30⁠–⁠60 seconds until the mixture slightly thickens.

Let the mixture in the jar rest for 5⁠–⁠6 hours on the countertop or overnight in the refrigerator.

Store the finished sour cream in the refrigerator, where it will last for 4⁠–⁠5 days.
