Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 30 g butter
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 220 g chopped tomatoes
  • 150 ml broth
  • 250 g mozzarella

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Roughly tear the basil.

    Take a pan and heat sunflower oil and butter in it over medium heat. Then add the gnocchi to the pan and sauté them for 7-8 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and sauté everything together for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

    Add the canned chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook everything over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until the mixture thickens.

    Turn off the heat and add the torn basil to the pan.

    Divide the mixture from the pan into 4 portions, tear mozzarella over each, and serve.
