Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of basil
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 30 g butter
- 500 g gnocchi
- 220 g chopped tomatoes
- 150 ml broth
- 250 g mozzarella
Instructions
- 1Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Roughly tear the basil.
- 2Take a pan and heat sunflower oil and butter in it over medium heat. Then add the gnocchi to the pan and sauté them for 7-8 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 3Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and sauté everything together for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
- 4Add the canned chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook everything over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
- 5Turn off the heat and add the torn basil to the pan.
- 6Divide the mixture from the pan into 4 portions, tear mozzarella over each, and serve.
