- 300 g raw potatoes (type C for cooking)
- 200 g red onion (yellow can be used)
- 30 g spring onion
- 2 medium-sized eggs
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 50 g corn breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking tray (30 cm × 40 cm) lined with baking paper.
- 2Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely into a large bowl. Peel the red onion and slice it thinly, chop the spring onion into rings, and add both to the bowl with the potatoes. Crack 2 eggs into the bowl, add oregano, corn breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, and mix the entire mixture.
- 3From the resulting dough, start forming pancakes on the tray with a diameter of about 8–9 cm and a height of 0.5–1 cm. Once you have used all the dough, place the tray in the oven and bake the pancakes for 25–30 minutes at 180–185 °C.
- 4Serve after baking.
