INGREDIENTS
- 600 g turkey breasts
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 4 slices of ham
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 150 ml beef broth
- 100 ml red wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pound the turkey breasts to a thickness of approximately 2 cm. Salt and pepper them. Spread with mustard, layer with slices of ham, and roll up. Tie the meat well with string. Add water. Place in a preheated oven at 160 °C and bake. The roll is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 72 °C.
- 2For the sauce, cook dried cranberries, broth, wine, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the cranberries will soften and can be easily blended. Remove 2 tablespoons of cranberries from the saucepan and blend everything in the saucepan with an immersion blender until smooth. Strain the resulting sauce through a fine sieve and return it to the saucepan. Add back the whole cranberries that were removed. Salt the sauce and it is ready to serve.
