INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml beef broth
- 1x udon noodles
- 1 pc pak choi, julienned
- 1 pc chopped spring onion
- 7 tablespoons soy sauce
- 7 tablespoons mirin
- 2 eggs
- 4 small pieces nori seaweed
- Teaspoon sesame
- Dried chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons corn
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Boil eggs soft (6-7 minutes).
- 2Cook udon noodles according to package directions, then rinse with cold water after cooking.
- 3Heat the broth, add 7 tablespoons of soy sauce and 7 tablespoons of mirin.
- 4Add pak choi to the boiling broth and cook for 3 minutes.
- 5Place udon noodles, chopped spring onion, egg, corn, and nori seaweed into bowls. Pour boiling broth over them.
- 6Sprinkle with sesame and chili.
