INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 1x udon noodles
  • 1 pc pak choi, julienned
  • 1 pc chopped spring onion
  • 7 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 7 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 small pieces nori seaweed
  • Teaspoon sesame
  • Dried chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons corn

INSTRUCTIONS

    Boil eggs soft (6-7 minutes).

    Cook udon noodles according to package directions, then rinse with cold water after cooking.

    Heat the broth, add 7 tablespoons of soy sauce and 7 tablespoons of mirin.

    Add pak choi to the boiling broth and cook for 3 minutes.

    Place udon noodles, chopped spring onion, egg, corn, and nori seaweed into bowls. Pour boiling broth over them.

    Sprinkle with sesame and chili.
