INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml beef broth
- 1x udon noodles
- 1 piece pak choi, julienned
- 1 piece chopped spring onion
- 7 tablespoons soy sauce
- 7 tablespoons mirin
- 2 eggs
- 4 small pieces of nori seaweed
- Teaspoon of sesame seeds
- Dried chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons corn
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Boil the eggs until soft (6-7 minutes).
- 2Cook the udon noodles according to the instructions, then rinse them with cold water.
- 3Heat the broth, add 7 tablespoons of soy sauce and 7 tablespoons of mirin.
- 4Add pak choi to the boiling broth and cook for 3 minutes.
- 5Place udon noodles, chopped spring onion, eggs, corn, and nori seaweed in bowls. Pour over with boiling broth.
- 6Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
