INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 1x udon noodles
  • 1 piece pak choi, julienned
  • 1 piece chopped spring onion
  • 7 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 7 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 small pieces of nori seaweed
  • Teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Dried chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons corn

INSTRUCTIONS

    Boil the eggs until soft (6-7 minutes).

    Cook the udon noodles according to the instructions, then rinse them with cold water.

    Heat the broth, add 7 tablespoons of soy sauce and 7 tablespoons of mirin.

    Add pak choi to the boiling broth and cook for 3 minutes.

    Place udon noodles, chopped spring onion, eggs, corn, and nori seaweed in bowls. Pour over with boiling broth.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
