Ingredients
- 300-400 g chicken meat
- 3 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- juice from 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon starch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds
- Pea shoots
- 300 g rice
Pickled Red Cabbage
- 2 onions sliced into strips
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- 15 g brown cane sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 5 pieces whole allspice
Instructions
- 1First, prepare the pickled cabbage. Add sugar and salt to hot water and let dissolve. Add vinegar and spices. Remove from heat. Slice the cabbage into thin strips and place it in a jar. Press the cabbage lightly and pour over with lukewarm brine. Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
- 2Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and salt them. Pour a tablespoon of oil into a pan and sauté the meat.
- 3In a bowl, mix teriyaki and soy sauce, orange juice, and starch. Once the meat is cooked through, add the resulting liquid and cook on low heat until thickened. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds, with rice, pickled red cabbage, and pea shoots.
