Preparation method

Ingredients overview

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 250 ml whole milk or whipping cream
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt, and whisk with a whisk. Pour in the milk, add the flour and sugar, and mix into a thinner batter.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a round cake tin with baking paper. Pour the batter into it and spread the blueberries over it. Finally, cut pieces of butter on top.

Bake the Bublanina for approximately 30 minutes. The surface should be beautifully golden. After baking, sprinkle the Bublanina with powdered sugar.
