INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 250 g blueberries
- 100 g plain flour
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 250 ml whole milk or whipping cream
- 20 g butter
- Salt
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and whisk them. Pour in the milk, add the flour and sugar, and mix into a thinner batter.
- 2Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a round cake tin with baking paper. Pour the batter into it and spread the blueberries over it. Finally, cut pieces of butter and place them on top.
- 3Bake the sponge cake for approximately 30 minutes. The surface should be beautifully golden. After baking, sprinkle the sponge cake with powdered sugar.
