Ingredients
- 150 g thawed raspberries (you can also use fresh)
- 20 g honey
- 20 g chia seeds
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- 1First, line a plate or tray with baking paper. Then, in a medium-sized bowl, mash the thawed raspberries, honey, and chia seeds with a fork and let the resulting mixture sit for 10–20 minutes to slightly thicken. Using a spoon, form 10 equally sized mounds from the thickened mixture on the lined plate or tray and place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- 2After the specified time, melt the chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil over a water bath* and coat all the frozen raspberry pieces in the melted mixture. Let the raspberries in chocolate set for another 1–2 minutes and serve.
