Preparation method
First, preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare an oven-safe pan.
Wash the chicken breasts and place them in a large bowl. Then add smoked paprika, dried garlic, dried oregano, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper, and mix. Next, heat the prepared pan dry over high heat, add the seasoned chicken breasts, and sear them for 3 minutes on each side over high heat. Then place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 9–10 minutes at 195–200 °C.
Meanwhile, prepare a clean large bowl and get the other ingredients ready: Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the cucumber and feta cheese into smaller cubes, and slice the romaine lettuce into thin strips. Put everything into the prepared bowl and mix.
