INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoons sweet ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 tortillas, 15 cm size
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 sour cream
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 limes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon peppers
  • 1 teaspoon chili (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Divide the cauliflower into individual florets, halve the larger pieces. Place in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let the cauliflower drain for a while.

    Mix the ground paprika, crushed peppers, salt, dried garlic, and olive oil. Add the cauliflower and gently mix to coat all pieces in the mixture.

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.

    Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, cut the carrot into thin sticks or grate on a coarse grater. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel. Mash it with a fork, drizzle with juice from half a lime, and season with salt and ground pepper.

    Warm the tortillas in a pan. Fill with lettuce, carrot, and avocado. Top with roasted cauliflower and sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve with sour cream and lime.
