INGREDIENTS
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 teaspoons sweet ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 4 tortillas, 15 cm size
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 carrot
- 1 sour cream
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 limes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon peppers
- 1 teaspoon chili (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Divide the cauliflower into individual florets, halve the larger pieces. Place in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let the cauliflower drain for a while.
- 2Mix the ground paprika, crushed peppers, salt, dried garlic, and olive oil. Add the cauliflower and gently mix to coat all pieces in the mixture.
- 3Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
- 4Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, cut the carrot into thin sticks or grate on a coarse grater. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel. Mash it with a fork, drizzle with juice from half a lime, and season with salt and ground pepper.
- 5Warm the tortillas in a pan. Fill with lettuce, carrot, and avocado. Top with roasted cauliflower and sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve with sour cream and lime.
