INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g minced meat mix beef and pork
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 70 g whole grain bread (roll, toast bread)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 12 g salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SIDE DISH

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g sweet potatoes
  • 40 g butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Finely chop the onion. Crush the garlic. Cut the bread into cubes and soak in milk.

    Mix the meat with onion, garlic, bread, salt, ground pepper, marjoram, egg, and BBQ sauce. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape into 2 loaves using wet hands. Place them in the air fryer basket. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 °C.

    Peel the sweet potatoes and potatoes, cut into cubes, and cook until soft. Mash the cooked potatoes, add butter, milk, and salt. Whisk and serve.
