Ingredients
- 600 g natural tofu
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 pc spring onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 125 g baby spinach
- 30 g fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons chilli paste
- 10 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons cane sugar
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 250 g jasmine rice
Instructions
- 1Cut the tofu into cubes. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, 10 tbsp water, 2 tbsp sesame oil, finely chopped ginger, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, lime juice, and cane sugar. Pour this mixture over the tofu and let it marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
- 2Divide the broccoli into small florets and boil for 3 minutes in salted water. Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- 3Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan/wok, in which you will sauté the sliced spring onion and 3 cloves of sliced garlic for about 30 seconds. Then add the tofu and broccoli, stir-fry very quickly for 3-4 minutes.
- 4Finally, add the spinach and remove from heat. The spinach will wilt and lose its volume. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
