- 300 g chicken breasts
- 100 g yellow onion
- 150 g broccoli
- 20 g Parmesan
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 40 g fine oats
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C, prepare a baking tray measuring 30 cm × 40 cm and line it with baking paper.
- 2Wash the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and cut them into larger cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into larger pieces. Cut the broccoli, including the stem, into smaller pieces. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater. Then place the chopped chicken breasts, onion, broccoli, and grated Parmesan into a blender, add the egg yolk, curry powder, oats, ground cumin, salt, and pepper, and blend everything until smooth. Form balls from the resulting mixture weighing approximately 40 g and place them on the lined baking tray.
- 3Once you have processed all the mixture, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the balls for 35–40 minutes at 185–190 °C.
- 4After baking, remove the balls from the oven and serve.
