INGREDIENTS
- 120 g of pulled beef
- 100 g of white cabbage
- 50 g of vine tomatoes
- 40 g of sliced cheddar
- 60 g of mayonnaise
- 1 g of dried garlic
- 10 g of BBQ sauce
- 1 g of smoked paprika
- A handful of salad
- 1 piece of pickled cucumber
- Burger bun
- 10 g of carrot
- 10 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 5 g of salt
- 5 g of sugar
- 10 peppercorns
- 50 g of butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the cabbage into fine strips, add chopped carrot, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mix and season with apple cider vinegar.
- 2Reheat the pulled meat in a pan or on a grill, season with dried garlic, smoked paprika, and BBQ sauce. If the meat dries out during reheating, add a little broth and a tablespoon of butter.
- 3Toast the burger buns in butter and assemble the burger in the order of bun bottom, coleslaw, lettuce, pulled meat, cheddar, tomatoes, pickles, and of course the bun top.
