Preparation method
First, preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a baking dish (20 cm × 30 cm), lining it with baking paper.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes approximately 2 cm × 2 cm in size. Transfer the chopped potatoes to the prepared baking dish, season with salt and pepper, place in the oven, and bake for 15–20 minutes at 190–195 °C.
Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter: Peel the garlic, finely grate it into a small bowl, and mix with melted butter, dried dill, and lemon zest and juice. Then, wash and clean the salmon, and season each fillet with salt and pepper.
Chef's tip
You can place a lemon slice on each salmon fillet before serving.
