INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 195–200 °C, prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.
- 2Place the broccoli in a blender and blend into small pieces the size of rice grains.* Peel and finely grate the garlic. Then take a large bowl, add the blended broccoli, grated garlic, eggs, spelt flour, dried marjoram, salt, and pepper, and mix. Form fritters from the mixture, about 7–8 cm in diameter and 0.5–1 cm thick, and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- 3Once all the mixture is processed, place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 22–25 minutes at 195–200 °C.
- 4After the specified time, remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve the baked fritters immediately.
Tip
Serve the broccoli fritters with a sour cream and garlic dip.
* If you don't have a blender, chop the broccoli into small pieces.
