  • 50 g wholemeal spelt plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

    First, preheat the oven to 195⁠–⁠200 °C, prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.

    Place the broccoli in a blender and blend into small pieces the size of rice grains.* Peel and finely grate the garlic. Then take a large bowl, add the blended broccoli, grated garlic, eggs, spelt flour, dried marjoram, salt, and pepper, and mix. Form fritters from the mixture, about 7⁠–⁠8 cm in diameter and 0.5⁠–⁠1 cm thick, and place them on the lined baking sheet.

    Once all the mixture is processed, place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 22⁠–⁠25 minutes at 195⁠–⁠200 °C.

    After the specified time, remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve the baked fritters immediately.
Tip
Serve the broccoli fritters with a sour cream and garlic dip. * If you don't have a blender, chop the broccoli into small pieces.
