  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, preheat the oven to 195⁠–⁠200 °C, prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.

    Place the broccoli in a blender and blend into small pieces the size of rice grains.* Peel the garlic and grate it finely. Then take a larger bowl, add the blended broccoli, grated garlic, eggs, spelt flour, dried marjoram, salt, and pepper, and mix. Form patties from the resulting mixture with a diameter of 7⁠–⁠8 cm and a height of 0.5⁠–⁠1 cm and place them on the lined baking sheet.

    Once you have processed all the mixture, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 22⁠–⁠25 minutes at 195⁠–⁠200 °C.

    After the specified time, remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve the baked patties immediately.
Tip
Serve the broccoli patties with a dip made from sour cream and garlic. * If you don't have a blender, chop the broccoli into small pieces.
