INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Box – Flammkuchen (thin yeast dough tart)
- Olive oil
- 125 g crème fraîche
- 125 g bacon strips
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2Wash the vegetables. Peel the onion, cut it into quarters, and then slice into thin rings. Trim the end of the pointed pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and slice the spring onion into rings. Strip the leaves from the thyme sprig and chop finely.
- 3In a bowl, mix the pointed peppers, red onion, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, and thyme with 1 tablespoon of (olive) oil.
- 4Roll out the Flammkuchen dough on baking paper directly on the baking sheet.
- 5Spread crème fraîche over the dough and top with the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle the vegetables with bacon strips.
- 6Bake the Flammkuchen in the center of the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
