INGREDIENTS
- 500-600 g ground turkey meat
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 red pepper
- 1 carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of red beans in brine
- 2 tablespoons ajvar
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 200 ml chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- Ground chilli to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Chop the onion finely, and cut the pepper and carrot into smaller pieces.
- 2Pour oil into a pan, heat it up, and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the carrot and pepper and continue to sauté for a few more minutes until the vegetables start to show roasted spots. Then add the meat, season with salt, add ground pepper, crushed garlic, and mix thoroughly, trying to break the meat into the smallest pieces possible with a spatula. Once there is no raw meat visible in the pan, add the tomato paste and broth, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Rinse the cooked beans and add them to the pan, heat through for a while. Season with chilli and marjoram.
- 3Serve with cooked rice and sour cream.
