Finely grate* the cucumber into a smaller bowl, salt it and let it stand for 8–10 minutes until it releases excess water thanks to the salt.

Meanwhile, finely chop the mint and dill, then peel the garlic and press it. Put the chopped mint, dill and pressed garlic into a medium-sized bowl.

After the specified time, squeeze the grated cucumber and add it to the bowl with the mint, dill and garlic. Next, add the yogurt to the bowl and mix everything together. Add salt and lemon juice to taste to the resulting mixture and mix again.
