INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons spirit vinegar
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground red paprika
  • pinch of chili to taste
  • 2 pieces pita bread
  • pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, prepare the yogurt by mixing it with chopped fresh dill, pressed garlic, and salt.

    In a large pot, bring 2-3 liters of water to a boil, add vinegar. Then reduce the heat by half so the water is just gently simmering. Crack an egg into a bowl. Create a swirl in the water and gently drop the egg into the center of the swirl. Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes. After cooking, transfer the egg to cold water. Cook all eggs this way, one by one.

    Melt the butter until liquid and mix with ground red paprika and chili.

    Warm up the pita bread in a pan, oven, or toaster.

    Divide the seasoned yogurt into bowls. Place the eggs on top, drizzle with butter, garnish with a sprig of dill, and serve.
