INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons spirit vinegar
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 g butter
- 1 teaspoon ground red paprika
- pinch of chili to taste
- 2 pieces pita bread
- pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the yogurt by mixing it with chopped fresh dill, pressed garlic, and salt.
- 2In a large pot, bring 2-3 liters of water to a boil, add vinegar. Then reduce the heat by half so the water is just gently simmering. Crack an egg into a bowl. Create a swirl in the water and gently drop the egg into the center of the swirl. Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes. After cooking, transfer the egg to cold water. Cook all eggs this way, one by one.
- 3Melt the butter until liquid and mix with ground red paprika and chili.
- 4Warm up the pita bread in a pan, oven, or toaster.
- 5Divide the seasoned yogurt into bowls. Place the eggs on top, drizzle with butter, garnish with a sprig of dill, and serve.
