INGREDIENTS
- 200 g pre-cooked natural basmati rice
- 2 pitted dried medjool dates
- 40 g peeled almond slices
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the dough. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until all the ingredients are combined and finely chopped.
- 2Shape the resulting dough into 10 balls. Serve the finished balls immediately or store them in an airtight container, where they will last 4–5 days.
Tip
If you have more time, blend all the ingredients except the almond slices. Make balls from the resulting dough and then coat them in finely chopped almond slices.
