INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST
- 150 g graham crackers
- 80 g margarine in liquid state (or butter)
- 150 ml cow's skimmed milk
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
- 650 ml cow's skimmed milk
- 52 g vanilla pudding powder
- 52 g caramel pudding powder
- 52 g chocolate pudding powder
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare a round baking form (⌀ 22 cm) and line it with baking paper.
- 2Next, prepare the crust. In a food processor, finely blend the graham crackers. Add the melted margarine and 150 ml of milk and blend until the ingredients are combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared form and press it evenly onto the bottom using a glass or your hand.
- 3Then prepare the filling. Pour 400 ml of milk into a larger pot and bring it to a boil over low to medium heat. Pour the remaining 250 ml of milk into a cup and whisk it smoothly with all 3 pudding powders. Once the milk in the pot is warm, add the milk with the mixed puddings, add 2 tablespoons of honey, and let it thicken for 1–2 minutes over low to medium heat while stirring constantly.
- 4Pour the resulting pudding onto the graham crust in the form and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 5Cut the finished pudding cake into 7–8 pieces and serve.
