INGREDIENTS
- 150 g fine oats
- 10 g Dutch cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of liquid honey
- 150 ml skimmed almond milk
- 10 ml espresso
- 100 g skimmed white yogurt (0% fat)
- 20 g mascarpone
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Salt
- 150 ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare 3 jars (about 250ml) into which you will divide the oats.
- 2In a medium-sized bowl, pour in the oats, a pinch of salt, and 5 g of cocoa. Mix and add honey, 150 ml of almond milk, 150 ml of water, 10 ml of espresso, yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla extract.
- 3Divide the mixture into the prepared jars and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator (or for at least 6 hours).
- 4After the time has passed, sprinkle the tiramisu oats with the remaining 5 g of cocoa and serve.
