  • 150 g fine oats
  • 10 g Dutch cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of liquid honey
  • 150 ml skimmed almond milk
  • 10 ml espresso
  • 100 g skimmed white yogurt (0% fat)
  • 20 g mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • 150 ml water

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, prepare 3 jars (about 250ml) into which you will divide the oats.

    In a medium-sized bowl, pour in the oats, a pinch of salt, and 5 g of cocoa. Mix and add honey, 150 ml of almond milk, 150 ml of water, 10 ml of espresso, yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla extract.

    Divide the mixture into the prepared jars and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator (or for at least 6 hours).

    After the time has passed, sprinkle the tiramisu oats with the remaining 5 g of cocoa and serve.
