Preparation method

Pat the meat dry, remove the skin, and cut into cubes.

Juice the limes and lemon and pour the juice over the fish cubes. Cover with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, dice the tomato and cucumber. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and peel it. Then cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Halve the chilli, remove the seeds, and also chop finely. Chop the coriander.

Use tortilla chips for serving
