INGREDIENTS
- 250 g fillets of fresh white fish (ocean perch, halibut, cod)
- 4 limes
- 1 lemon
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- ½ small red onion
- 1 jalapeño chili pepper
- ½ bunch of cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pat the meat dry, remove the skin, and cut into cubes.
- 2Juice the limes and lemon and pour the juice over the fish cubes. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 3Meanwhile, dice the tomato and cucumber. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and peel it. Then cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Halve the chili, remove the seeds, and also finely chop it. Chop the cilantro.
- 4Mix the vegetables, season with salt, and add to the fish. Keep the juice, mix everything, and serve.
