  • 600 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 g dark chocolate 50 %
  • 200 g frozen mango
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons solid coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix with half of the Greek yogurt and season with 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend the mango with the other half of the yogurt. Add 4 tablespoons of honey or to taste and the solid coconut oil. Mix everything together. The mixture should be semi-frozen to be workable.

    Now we will form balls. Fill a pastry bag first with one mixture and then the other. Use a decorating tip with the smallest possible opening. On a cutting board or a sturdy surface that fits in the freezer, place baking paper, on which we create tiny balls. If we want them to be really perfect, press down the tip that forms during creation with a toothpick. Then freeze overnight.
Tip
It's an ideal activity for Children's Day - they can mix the mixtures themselves and you just help them with forming the balls.
