INGREDIENTS
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 small zucchini
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white yogurt
- 50 g feta
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and add it to the marinade, mix well and let it rest in the fridge for several hours or preferably overnight.
- 2Once the chicken is marinated, prepare skewers or grilling sticks. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and use a peeler to slice the zucchini into thin strips.
- 3Alternately skewer the individual pieces of chicken, tomatoes, and zucchini slices, which should be folded into an accordion shape.
- 4Brush the finished skewers with oil and place them on a preheated grill at 180 °C. Grill for a few minutes on each side until the meat and vegetables are golden brown and slightly charred. Crumble feta over the finished skewers and serve. Enjoy your meal!
