  • 200 g chicken breasts
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 50 g feta
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and add it to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or, ideally, overnight.

    Once the chicken is marinated, prepare skewers or grilling needles. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and use a peeler to slice the zucchini into thin strips.

    Alternately thread individual pieces of chicken, tomatoes, and zucchini slices (folded into an accordion shape) onto the skewers.

    Brush the finished skewers with oil and place them on a preheated grill at 180 °C. Grill from each side for several minutes until the meat and vegetables are golden brown to slightly charred. Crumble feta cheese over the finished skewers and serve. Enjoy!
