INGREDIENTS
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 200 ml 33% whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- 8 ice cream cones
- A handful of pecans
- A handful of dark chocolate
- A handful of dried banana slices
- A pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Lightly toast the bananas on both sides in a dry pan until golden (about 2-3 minutes), then let them cool and place them in the freezer. Once the bananas are frozen, blend them together with the cream, tahini paste, honey, vanilla, and salt into a smooth cream.
- 2Stir in the chopped pecans and chocolate (reserve a little for decoration).
- 3Pour the mixture into a container and freeze ideally overnight (at least 6 hours). Serve the ice cream in a cone sprinkled with nuts, chocolate, and dried bananas.
