INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g Pak choi salad
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 orange peppers
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 tablespoon smoked ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix the meat with 3 cloves of crushed garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, and finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into balls the size of golf balls and slightly flatten them with your palm.

    Grill on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Quality beef can remain pink inside. Grill the peppers, cut into larger slices, for the same amount of time.

    During grilling, mix yogurt with crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, olive oil, sage, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the grilled meat on a Pak Choi leaf with yogurt dip and grilled peppers.
