INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs croissant
- 140 g Gervais cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g prosciutto crudo
- 4 pcs fresh figs
- A handful of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- Freshly ground pink pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- A handful of baby spinach
- A few strawberries (optional)
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the chive spread. In a bowl, mix Gervais cheese, add chopped chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
- 2Heat coconut sugar with a teaspoon of water in a pan and mix with the nuts. Let it caramelize for a while, then remove from heat and let cool. This will create nuts with a caramel crust.
- 3Cut the croissants lengthwise. Spread with the chive spread, layer with spinach and slices of prosciutto. Add sliced figs. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and nuts.
- 4You can also add wild strawberries or sliced strawberries. The dish is great for a picnic. You can skewer and wrap it in foil for travel.
