INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg turkey meat
- 500 g onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon ground sweet paprika
- 600 ml chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground pepper
- kimchi
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the meat into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
- 2Sauté the onion in oil over low heat until golden. Add the meat and sauté it on all sides. Then add ground paprika and cumin and sauté for one minute. Add tomato paste and sauté for another minute. Pour in the broth, salt, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- 3Turkey breasts are prone to drying out, so keep an eye on them towards the end. Once cooked, remove from heat. Season with marjoram and ground pepper.
- 4Serve with whole grain pasta and kimchi.
