Cut the meat into cubes. Finely chop the onion.

Sauté the onion in oil over medium heat until golden. Add the meat and brown it on all sides. Then add ground paprika and caraway and sauté for one minute. Add tomato paste and sauté for another minute. Pour in the broth, season with salt, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

Turkey breasts are prone to drying out, so monitor them towards the end. Once cooked, remove from heat. Season with marjoram and ground pepper.
