INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pcs ready-made pizza dough, 280 g each
  • 200 g peeled tomatoes in their own juice
  • 100 g Creme fraiche
  • 100 g prosciutto crudo
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried Provençal spices
  • handful black olives
  • basil for garnish
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Finely chop the onions and sauté until golden in a tablespoon of oil. Add crushed garlic and sauté briefly together. Stir in the tomatoes, add spices, season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat until most of the liquid evaporates.

    Remove from heat and stir in the creme fraiche. Finally, blend everything together. Spread the mixture over the pizza dough, then top with prosciutto and sliced mozzarella. On top of that, arrange black olives to form a ghost's face, and also create spiders from black olives.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with fresh basil, and the edges can be brushed with olive oil.
