  • 20 g of lemon juice
  • clove of garlic
  • 50 g of tahini paste
  • 35 g of olive oil
  • 120 g of pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • salt
  • a pinch of ground cumin

Simply blend everything into a smooth and fluffy hummus in a high-powered blender. Finally, taste and season with more lemon, garlic, or salt if necessary.

Serve on bread or as a dip with vegetables.
