INGREDIENTS
- 2 x pizza dough with olive oil, 280 g each
- 200 g Brie cheese
- 2 pears
- handful of pecan nuts
- 2 tablespoons cranberry compote
- handful of dried cranberries
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut smaller circles from the dough, using a glass to trace around with a knife. Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pre-bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the dough is golden.
- 2Slice the pears and sauté them in maple syrup for 1-2 minutes on each side. Add the pecan nuts and let them caramelize.
- 3Place Brie slices, pear, and pecan nuts on the pre-baked dough and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Serve with cranberry compote, cranberries, and fresh thyme.
