INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g candied pineapple
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 50 g pecan nuts
  • 250 ml cream 30 %
  • 400 g Salko
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • small handful of freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries
  • small handful of unsalted pistachios

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop cranberries, pineapple, and nuts into smaller pieces. In a pan, melt butter, add flour, and mix. Pour in cream and Salko, and stir until the mixture is thick like pudding. Add the chopped fruit and nuts, mix together, and let the mixture cool.

    Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form small flat cookies, which you bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden and firm. Let them cool.

    In a pot, melt chocolate with a little milk. Spread chocolate on one side of the Marokánky and sprinkle with crushed strawberry or raspberry powder and crushed pistachios.
