- 200 g tofu
- tablespoon dried wakame seaweed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 spring onions
- 60 g miso paste
- handful of coriander for serving
- teaspoon of sesame for serving

Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add dried wakame seaweed to the boiling water and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes, spring onion into thin slices, and coriander finely.

Add the chopped tofu, spring onion, and soy sauce to the boiling water and simmer for another 5 minutes, then thoroughly stir in the miso paste. Continue to cook for the last five minutes until the paste is completely dissolved. Serve with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
