Ingredients

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pc salad cucumber
  • 1 pc red onion
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 g black pitted olives
  • 100 g green pitted olives

Dressing and seasoning

  • 1 pc lemon
  • olive oil as needed
  • dried oregano to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Vegetable preparation

    Cut the tomatoes and onion into smaller pieces and place them in a large bowl.

    Scoop out the seedy centers from the cucumber, leaving only the firm part. Cut it into small cubes and add to the bowl.

    Halve the olives and add them to the vegetables. Finally, crumble the feta into the bowl.

Dressing and finishing

    Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into another small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually add olive oil while continuously whisking to create an emulsion and prevent the fat from separating from the liquid.

    Pour the dressing into the bowl with the salad, also add oregano to taste, and gently mix the salad. Taste and season with salt or pepper if needed.
