Preparation method

MEAT INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Season the meat thoroughly with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sear the meat on all sides until golden brown. Then place it on a baking sheet and put it into the preheated oven for 4 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, pour some of the sauce over the meat, and return it to the oven for 3 minutes. Before serving, let the meat rest for 4 minutes at room temperature and pour the remaining sauce over it on the plate.
