MEAT INGREDIENTS
- 2 pork chops with bone
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoon of finely chopped rosemary
- ½ teaspoon of finely chopped oregano
- A pinch of chili seasoning

MEAT INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2Season the meat thoroughly with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sear the meat on all sides until golden brown. Then place it on a baking sheet and put it in the preheated oven for 4 minutes.
- 3Remove the baking sheet from the oven, pour some of the sauce over the meat, and return it to the oven for 3 minutes. Before serving, let the meat rest for 4 minutes at room temperature and pour the remaining sauce over it on the plate.
SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
