Preparation method
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and pan-fry in hot oil over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. In the same pan, fry the bacon until golden. Set both aside.
In a second pan, dry-toast the bread on both sides until golden.
Crack the egg into the pan with the bacon fat, season with salt, and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. Season with pepper, flip the egg, and cook for 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Chef's tip
You will need 2 pans for preparation. You will need a flat spatula for flipping.
